Chris is a native of Trinidad & Tobago where he spent most of his childhood before moving to London. He moved to Singapore with his wife and children four years ago.

A man of many talents and unstoppable drive, Chris worked as a management consultant for over 15 years, including as director at Frost & Sullivan. He then became an independent consultant and investor before the urge to showcase Caribbean culture in Singapore, and his love of food, took over.

Chris’ vision for Lime House is to offer a unique dining experience in Singapore, combining delicious cuisine, a relaxed atmosphere and the best in Caribbean and Urban music.

And the man certainly knows how to deliver. Chris has already set Singapore’s nightlife alight as co-founder of Chroam, the biggest urban dance party in town (monthly at Blu Jaz).
Consultant Chef
Hasan is a chef with a reputation spanning from Trinidad to the UK and now Singapore. Born and bred in Trinidad, Hasan knew for an early age that cooking was going to become a lifelong passion. He followed his dream as he moved to London and received formal training from the same chefs who mentored Jamie Oliver.

Chef Hasan first worked at the renowned Caribbean restaurant Cottons in London (Caribbe - an Restaurant of the Year 2006 & 2007) before helping to launch, as executive chef, Mustik in the heart of the capital’s financial district. There, his Caribbean menu received excel- lent reviews from the national press, including The Daily Mail and The Times.

Hasan’s friendly demeanour and infectious enthusiasm for food has also turned him into a media celebrity in his own right. In 2009, he accompanied Michelin Star Chef Gary Rhodes on his latest television series for UKTVFood ‘Rhodes across the Caribbean’ and in 2011 Hasan hosted his own TV series ‘Country Cooking’ on Tempo Networks, which boasts an audience of over 3.5 million across the Caribbean and U.S. More recently, Hasan has appeared with the Hairy Bikers on BBC and on Marrying Mom and Dad, to be broadcast this August on CBBC.
General Manager
Originally from Marbella in Spain. Ruben has truly an international and multicultural background having lived in over 15 countries and being fluent in 5 languages.

Ruben has extensive Hotel and restaurant management experience, over 15 years. During this time, he has run a range of establishments, from a Michelin star restaurant in his native Spain to opening Planet Hollywood in Paris.

Most recently he has spent the last 5 years at Club Med, where he managed hotels in Europe, African and Asia. He has also visited most of the Caribbean islands during his stint with Club Med, Ruben is excited to be part of Lime House, as it enables him to utilise the full range of his experience and abilities including Nightlife, Restaurants to Culture.
Executive Chef
Rizan is a local chef with more than 15 years experience in Singapore’s culinary scene. He became passionate about food from a young age, as his father was also a chef.

From there, he has gone onto to establish himself as a chef , in several well known restaurants here in Singapore, including Prime Society and Halia.

Rizan sees his mission at Lime House , as striving to fine tune rustic Caribbean food whilst infusing some local flavours
