Set in a heritage four-storey shophouse in Chinatown’s Keong Siak belt, Lime House opened its doors in 2013 and introduced the Caribbean concept of “liming”, which means hanging out with friends.

Inspired by all things Caribbean, Lime House puts you at ease as you tuck into a delicious menu full of both fine-dining and traditional Caribbean dishes, from slipper lobster cocktail and Caribbean fish cakes to baby back ribs and the famous Jamaican jerk chicken.

The “welcome home” philosophy is at the core of the Lime House Experience, soak up in the laid-back vibes and enjoy the company, great music, quality rum and our authentic food.

THE TEAM

Chris Morris

Chris is a native of Trinidad & Tobago where he spent his childhood. He moved to Singapore nine years ago.A man of many talents and unstoppable drive, he worked as a management consultant for over 15 years, before the urge to showcase Caribbean culture in Singapore, and his love of food, rum and all things Caribbean took over. A self-proclaimed “cultural entrepreneur”, Chris’ vision for Lime House is to bring an essence of the Caribbean to Singapore, starting with combining delicious cuisine, the best quality rums and a relaxed atmosphere.

Jarek

Originally from Poland. Jarek has extensive bar and restaurant management experience. He has truly an international background working in and consulting in over 7 european countries in the past 20 years. Jarek is excited to be part of Lime House, as it enables him to utilise the full range of his experience and abilities including Nightlife, Restaurants to Culture.

Florence

Florence is a restaurant manager with more than 18 years experience in Singapore’s culinary scene, running several well known restaurants here, including a 7 year stint at IndoChine. She became passionate about food from a young age, due to her love of cooking and sees his mission at Lime House , as striving to infuse the Caribbean food experience with some local flavours.
